A maximum limit of 600 full memberships afford pleasant uncrowded conditions.
Membership fee of $1025.00 and Renovation Fee of $2500.00 (redeemable in accordance with the bylaws)
Provisions in the club bylaws allows for conveyance of membership with the sale of your house to prospective buyer. The buyer must make application to the club. The sale of the membership will be finalized after settlement on the sale of the house.
Annual dues are $700.00 for the dues year October 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2010. Dues may be adjusted annually to meet operating expenses.
Waiting list deposit is $25.00 (This fee is non-refundable but will be applied to the $150.00. Initiation Fee when full membership is accepted). Your canceled check is your receipt.
Initiation Fee is $150.00 (paid at time of full membership).
The tennis key deposit $10.00 (key opens gate in winter months for off-season play).
A leasing agreement is offered to the top 20 or so on the waiting list. The charge for a lease this year is $800.00 ($700.00 for dues $100.00 leasing fee). The leasing fee is non-refundable.
