This summer, we are resorting back to a paper-based registration process. We apologize to those of you who prefer the ease of online registration. It certainly makes administration much easier as well. We have found it challenging in the last few months to find a web-based system that meets our team's needs. We are hopeful that we'll find a more permanent solution for the future.
The Cardinal Hill Dive Team welcomes new registrations at any time. The Registration fee for diving is $45 for the first diver, $35 for the second diver and $25 for each additional diver in the family. With this fee, each diver will receive a Dive Team T-shirt (if registration received by June 2nd), home meet snacks, weekly candy dives and awards.

You may mail in your registration according to the form instructions OR place them in the "Team Rep" folder located in the Dive Team Drawers next to the CH front desk. Please note that if you choose to place your registration in the Team Rep folder, it must be placed there no later than 5 pm on Thursday, June 2nd in order to be guaranteed a Team T-Shirt.
We will have five A meets and two B meets this season. Unfortunately, we simply cannot run these meets without parent participation. For your registration to be accepted, you will be required to sign up to help with at least 2 meets."
