The Club Bylaws, the Pool and General Facility Rules can be accessed at right and are also available at the admission desk. The Tennis Rules are available at the admission desk and the Tennis House. A copy of all rules will be posted on the bulletin board at the Club. Please review the rules to refresh your memory. Note that the club will be closed when the air temperature falls below 70°F during operating hours and during inclement weather at the pool manager's discretion.
- All family members (except Spouse) over the age of 21 will be required to provide proof of residence annually.
- All Live-in and Full-time Nannies must be re-registered annually at the front desk by the member using the Chaperone Registration form.
- New Chaperone Registration forms for children under the age of 10 must be completed annually.
Last Days of School – Guest Policy Update
The Board approved a policy that limits each family to two guests for the last two days of parochial school and public schools – no exceptions. No parties will be allowed on any of these days. Please respect all of our members’ rights to use our facilities. As a reminder below are these key dates.
- Tuesday, June 14th - last day (half day) for OLGC
- Tuesday, June 21st - last day (half day) for Fairfax County ES
